Our goal in crafting our menu is to offer authentic cuisine that captures the essence of the Mediterranean. By using simple, genuine ingredients, each dish is freshly prepared to be savored slowly and without haste—just as it should be.
Our journey in the FOOD & BEVERAGE offer over the six years of Sophid’s existence has been guided by the search for the most harmonious concept that would unite our service with the reality of the island of Karpathos.
So we began the first season by establishing a concept of sustainable luxury, adapting the menu and ambience.
During our second season, we focused our research on a simpler approach, aiming for a concept of SERVICE that complements the world of Sophid but is not a priority; let’s call it a “parenthesis” in a broader context.
During the third, fourth, and fifth seasons, we continued along the same path, arriving at the point where we believe we can offer the “perfect service.”
A path, as we said, always with the goal in mind: a parenthesis that must always feed the overall objective: the true concept of 360-degree WELLNESS.”
